If this website, files, texts, software, applications, icons, logo and graphics relating to this website are used, there will be attribution of liability in accordance with Law 2121/93 as they constitute the Company’s intellectual property. The use of the content is strictly forbidden without the written permission of the Company; otherwise, our Company may apply what is provided by law, including criminal prosecution (Competent Court of Athens).

Changes can be made either in the short or long term by the Company without any notice, and it does not guarantee that it will operate continuously and error-free or compatible with the computer, hardware or software of the user. The company has the right to cancel orders for any reason either because the product is not available or because it is defective without hints from the user. After the product has been inspected by the shipping department (products to be dispatched are checked), the Company is not responsible for any defective product once inspection has been performed. The extra fee is charged to the customer as we have no control over these charges. Cancellations must be made within 2 hours after completion of the order. You have the right to cancel your order at the above time and to refund your money. To cancel the order, you must send us an email (to do this support-wholesale-fenstyle) within 2 hours after its completion. The Company will return your money within 14 days.
You can return and change the product within 14 days after receiving your package. The costs for the shipment of the product in order to return to our Company are borne by the customer himself and he is solely responsible for the return of the package to our Company. In case of change, the company does not bear the charge of the product return. The customer selects the Courier service and he delivers the product to our company for change, within 14 days, at his own responsibility and charge. It is an important prerequisite to update the website so as to keep the new product available. The re-shipment of the package is done by our partner courier service, DHL, and is charged on the basis of your country’s zone and the weight of the package. The customer must inform us by email about the product he chooses, so that we register the change and update the warehouse of our Company.
